Lamborghini unveils 101FT superyacht
Remember when we told you about Ferrari's renewable energy sailing yacht that literally flies above the water? Well, leave it to Lamborghini to take the complete opposite approach.
While Ferrari's gone green and graceful, the Italian supercar rival has just unleashed something decidedly more... Lamborghini. Meet the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101FT – a 30-metre floating missile that makes absolutely no apologies for being excessive.
Unveiled at this year's Monaco Yacht Show, this beast packs three MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines churning out a combined 7,600 horsepower. That's not a typo. To put it in perspective, that's roughly the power of seven high-performance supercars strapped together. Top speed? A blistering 45 knots, with a cruise speed of 35 knots that'll have you slicing through the water like you're behind the wheel of a Lamborghini Aventador.
The design draws inspiration from Lamborghini's ultra-rare Fenomeno hypercar – a limited-edition monster with only 29 units ever made. You'll spot the signature Giallo Crius yellow launch livery, those unmistakable Y-shaped design elements, and hexagonal motifs throughout. Even the helm station mimics the driving position of Lamborghini's Temerario hybrid, so you genuinely feel like you're piloting a supercar rather than captaining a yacht.
Carbon fibre dominates the interior (naturally), with space for eight to nine guests and three crew members across multiple cabins. Every detail screams Lamborghini, from the racing-style seats bearing the marque's logo to the clean lines and aggressive styling that refuses to blend into any marina.
This is Lamborghini's second nautical venture, following their successful 63-footer that hit 60 knots and became an instant icon. The 101FT takes everything they learned and supersizes it because if there's one thing Lamborghini understands, it's that subtlety is overrated!
Expected delivery? End of 2027. Ferrari might be saving the planet, but Lamborghini's saving us from boring boats.
