Our services
To ensure your vehicle claim is processed as quickly as possible, we can digitally assess your vehicle via our nationwide Approved Repairer network. And when we need additional assistance, we have preferred agreements with key external assessing providers throughout New Zealand. Vero Approved Repairer's are a nationwide network of professional vehicle repairers, providing high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Chem-Dry
Chem-Dry is a professional carpet and upholstery cleaner with a national network of trained franchisees. Their coverage extends to 95% of the New Zealand population. A central call centre makes appointing a service provider to take care of carpet and upholstery claims easy. Customers should contact their Broker or Adviser, or local Vero Sales Office in the first instance.
